Automatic tire changer with rotating mounting stand and turntable for wheels up to 24 inches in diameter.
AQUILA TWISTER is an automatic tire changer with transverse rotation of the mounting post. The innovation of a stand with pneumatic rotation guarantees a limited footprint and allows the machine to be installed flush against a wall. This solution allows for almost 1 meter of free space and is especially suitable for tire shops with limited space and/or special operational needs.
AQUILA TWISTER offers an outer disc clamping range of up to 24 inches, a maximum wheel diameter of 1035 mm / 40.7 inches and a width of 15 inches. It can work on wheels of cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles and motorcycles (using the appropriate accessories).
This is a tire changer with a durable and reliable design for heavy use. The rotation of the mounting post makes it practical and fast. The location and type of disassembly/assembly tools ensure precision and safety at all stages of the work. Available with single speed and two speed inverter motor.
1. ROTARY MOUNTING CONSOLE
The rotation of the mounting arm to the left ensures very limited overall dimensions of the tire changer. A notable solution is the possibility of placing the machine against a wall, thus freeing up space for a work area in rooms with limited space. The job is quick and easy thanks to pneumatic rotation and front-mounted disassembly/assembly tools.
2. MOUNTING HEAD
The disassembly and assembly tool is a new feature of this tire changer. The new rear fender provides significant support during the assembly phase, making it easier for the tire to fit into the rim and avoiding potential damage to the tire itself. The machine comes equipped with plastic protection to avoid traces of damage on the discs. The mounting head is also very effective on RFT, UHP and BAR tires in combination with the multiroller available as an accessory.
3. TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS FOR BEAD SPIN
The bead release unit is equipped with technical solutions that make it easier to work with wheels up to 15 inches wide. The quick “adjustment” ensures that the bead breaker blade is positioned correctly in relation to the wheel, avoiding damage to the tire and/or rim. Guaranteed to work on any type of wheel. Another important innovation is the adjustment of the tilt of the side spin blade. This adjustment works in two different directions: top-bottom and inside-out. Thanks to these adjustments, the bead press blade will always be in the best possible position.
4. TURNABLE TABLE
The AQUILA TWISTER rotary table is characterized by high performance and compact dimensions. Patented mechanism that allows you to work with discs from 10 to 26 inches. The rotary table has 2 working positions: the first from 10 to 20 inches, the second from 14 to 24 inches (external fixation), easy to operate.
