4. How to Use

1. Preparation: Connect the machine to an air supply (around 6.0 kg/cm² pressure). Attach the appropriate sandpaper to the pad.

A flexible interface for hand sanding blocks. This 10mm thick interface strip is used in combination with grip sanding strips for sanding rounded surfaces and contours. Using the interface pad will also produce a softer result. The Interface pad is placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc.

Pad saver for 70x198mm backing pads. Ceres pad savers are designed to protect the backing pad from wear and tear, when sanding aggressively and continuously with net products. These cost effective pad savers, placed between the backing pad and the sanding strips, should be changed regularly. The pad savers prolong the life of the backing pad.
